Praline Yams

Original Recipe
Ingredients
- 29 oz can Pincella Cut Yams, drained
- 1/3 c chopped pecans
- 1/3 c coconut
- 1/3 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 T flour
- 3 T butter, melted
Heat oven to 350F. Place drained yams in ungreased 1.5 qt casserole or baking dish. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend well. Sprinke over yams. Bake at 350F fro 35-40 min or until bubbly. 7 servings

- 6 T butter, melted
Heat oven to 350F. Mash yams. Place yams in ungreased 1.5 qt casserole or baking dish. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend well. Sprinkle over yams. Bake at 350F fro 35-40 min or until bubbly. 14 servings
