We went to Getti-Up (Garberville, CA on Redwood Drive) for burgers, right after a rather hard (very hard) hike up Buck Creek Trail (TravelPlans2005/July4th), near Shelter Cove. It was July 4th and there weren't many places open, so we were doubly fortunate because Getti-Up has pretty good burgers, and service with a smile.
As an added bonus, I saw a piece of paper taped next to a light switch in the kitchen:
